A Bothell homeowner had dug out part of the tank before we arrived, but the lid to the second compartment was still buried. Our technician excavated it to reach the whole two-compartment tank, and approximately 1,500 gallons were pumped.
A Woodinville homeowner had dug out their own buried lids before we arrived. The two-compartment tank was flooded behind an outlet baffle filter that was restricting the flow of effluent; the tank and pump tank were both pumped, with the shallow risers, their loose lids and a lush damp patch over the drainfield noted to watch.
A Gig Harbor homeowner trying us after being let down by their previous company. Routine pumping plus an O&M inspection: approximately 500 gallons from the trash tank, a gap found where the mainline enters it, and a two-amp fuse that blew again as soon as it was replaced — an electrical fault still to be traced.
A Tacoma tank that had gone a long time without being pumped. The customer had opened the first compartment; we excavated the second to reach the whole tank, crust busted through a heavy build-up of solids, and pumped approximately 1,125 gallons — a job that took considerably longer than usual because of the condition inside.
A Renton customer called us after another company reported the septic pump had failed. We arrived to a high-level alarm and a flooded system, found both baffles in good condition, and pumped approximately 1,300 gallons in total — 1,000 from the septic tank and 300 from the pump tank — to bring the flooding down and evaluate the system.

The transport line at the outlet was completely submerged, pointing at a drainfield beginning to struggle, and root intrusion was found where the risers meet the tank.
