Upfront Septic exists to provide customers with simple, transparent price quotes and do a great job with your septic pumping or repair so you can get back to your normal life. That’s it!
Why do so many septic companies avoid providing simple quotes? We’ll be honest: septic services can be complicated to price out because of all the city and county fees. Meanwhile, every job is different and Upfront’s cost will vary depending on what is involved. However, it’s not your job to worry about that, it’s ours!
We handle all the hassle for you and provide a fair, reasonable price upfront for your septic pumping, repair, or replacement, with no BS. We also handle all the hassle for our contractor partners by getting them consistent work with our acquisition team, so they can focus on what they do best. However, unlike national brands, we do it with minimal overhead to minimize cost, maximize your savings, and ensure our contractors are compensated fairly.

Our Story
Our founder David White created Upfront’s septic branch after noticing that many big national septic companies are overcharging customers while providing poor and dishonest service. The Tacoma area we started in specifically has many new homes being built on septic systems, so many homeowners buying homes there today don’t know what to expect to pay for a septic system pumping and had no options other than cynical national brands.
This becomes more problematic when faceless septic companies won’t provide a straightforward quote. Worse, some companies will even bait and switch by offering a low price initially, but adding numerous fees after the service is completed.
That’s why we offer simple, honest pricing so you will know how much your septic pumping will cost immediately. We want you to choose us for future septic needs and refer your neighbors because you were happy with our service.
We also treat our partners with dignity and respect. As David says, “One of the biggest goals for Upfront is helping blue-collar skilled tradesmen live the American Dream.”
David White lives with his wife Katja and their three children in Pierce County, WA. When he’s not working on Upfront’s mission to bring customers great services at a fair price, he enjoys tennis and Sunday runs with the family and their dog Moe.
